Course List

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Basic Life Support for Health Care Professionals training covers a variety of subjects, including breathing and cardiac emergencies, defibrillation, CPR, AED, and obstructed airway for adults, children, and infants. Learn new techniques and sharpen your skills with hands-on experience.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

This course prepares students to recognize and respond to a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies. The course covers adult hands-only CPR, adult and child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Heart Saver (CPR/AED)

Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training and cover first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies. Hands-on training also prepares students to perform CPR and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

This course teaches/reviews how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Learn or renew techniques and sharpen your skills with hands-on experience.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

First Aid

The Adult and Pediatric First Aid course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Health Care Provider (CPR/AED)

This course teaches/reviews adult, child, and infant CPR, how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and handle a variety of breathing and cardiac emergencies. Learn or renew techniques and sharpen your skills with hands-on experience.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Bloodborne Pathogen

This course will inform you about precautions you must take to eliminate the risk of infectious diseases that can be contracted through exposure. Course covers Hepatitis B and C, HIV/AIDS and includes topics specifically encountered in a healthcare setting. Course meets the OSHA Standard.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

B.L.A.S.T. (Babysitting Course)

Course for students ages 11 & up. Teaches first aid, caring for infants and children, staying safe, handling emergencies, choosing age-appropriate activities, recognizing and handling a variety of behaviors, and starting and managing your babysitting business.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Pediatric First Aid for Day Care

This class teaches daycare providers to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies for children and infants, including burns, cuts, sudden illnesses, head, neck, and back injuries. Class also includes training for breathing and cardiac emergencies.
Two-year certification card issued upon course completion.

Pet CPR

This course covers performing CPR on your dog or cat, including recognizing the signs of cardiopulmonary arrest. Class also covers breathing emergencies such as choking, near-drowning, respiratory distress, and rescue breathing.

Pet First Aid

This course covers monitoring your pet’s health, dealing with illnesses, injuries, allergic reactions, and pet cardiac and breathing emergencies.
